Hallmark AI helps communities and organizations understand, apply, and operationalize artificial intelligence in ways that are practical, trustworthy, and measurable.
Clear education. Practical implementation. Human-centered AI adoption — for communities, small businesses, and enterprises.
Plain-language education for residents, students, educators, parents, and civic leaders for daily life, work, and society.
Hands-on help with tools and workflows for local businesses across operations, marketing, customer service, and more.
Guide organizations beyond pilots to production — with workflow integration, governance, vendor evaluation, and measurable ROI.
Hallmark AI is based in Appleton, Wisconsin — and that's not incidental. The Fox Cities, Green Bay, Oshkosh, and the broader Northeast Wisconsin region have a strong economic foundation in manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, education, agriculture, and professional services. These industries stand to benefit enormously from practical AI adoption.
Most AI consultants and educators are based in coastal tech hubs, speaking a language that doesn't always translate to a main street manufacturer, a family-owned clinic, or a regional nonprofit. Hallmark AI bridges that gap — combining Silicon Valley technical depth with the pragmatism and trust that Midwest organizations expect.
Regional research* shows that the Fox Cities' average AI maturity is 2.3 out of 5. The enthusiasm is there — over half of local organizations are experimenting with AI pilots. What's missing is structured guidance, governance, workforce training, and success metrics. That's exactly where Hallmark AI works.
Every engagement starts with understanding your actual situation — not selling you a product. We meet you where you are and build from there.
Understand your current AI maturity, data readiness, workflows, and organizational goals.
Identify the highest-impact, lowest-risk use cases first. Not every process needs AI. We help you find the ones that do.
Integrate AI into real workflows with hands-on support. Build governance, train your team, and establish measurement from day one.
Track outcomes against defined success metrics. Refine, expand, and build organizational AI capability over time — not dependency.
From AI literacy for first-time users to agentic system design for engineering teams. All courses are available for in-person or virtual delivery across Northeast Wisconsin.
A plain-language introduction to artificial intelligence — what it is and isn't, how it was made, and where it shows up in everyday life.
Hands-on guidance for the leading AI assistants. Learn basic features; how to ask AI assistants for anything; when to use each tool; and practical workflows for writing, research, planning, and everyday productivity.
Go beyond basic chat. Learn to use more advanced capabilities such as context engineering for agentic projects; slide & spreadsheet generation; image, video, and audio generation; web browser automation; local desktop automation; and no-code app development.
Move beyond pilots to production. Covers AI strategy and use case prioritization; tooling evaluation and rollout; governance and risk frameworks; scalable AI engineering; and measuring ROI against business outcomes.
An accessible look at the questions that matter most — AI and jobs, education, and the economy; energy, data centers, and the environment; cybersecurity, regulation, and politics; and what communities can do to shape how AI is adopted locally.
Every workshop is designed for practical application — not slides full of buzzwords. Participants leave with tools they can use immediately, whether that means writing better prompts, choosing the right AI platform, or designing an enterprise governance framework. Custom workshops are available for chambers of commerce, industry associations, and corporate teams.
Anshuman is a Silicon Valley native bringing 12 years of hands-on AI engineering and product leadership to Northeast Wisconsin. He currently serves as Lead AI Engineer at HealthEdge, where he works on enterprise workflow automation, agentic platform development, and AI tooling enablement.
His work sits at the center of the current AI productivity challenge: moving beyond chatbots and text generation into agentic tools and systems embedded in real business operations.
Before HealthEdge, Anshuman shaped strategy for a major new market vertical as a Product Manager at PayPal. As a Google DeepMind Fellow, he earned a Master's in Computer Science from UC San Diego and completed his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley with a triple major in Business Administration, Statistics, and Economics.
